"Character Development Ltd" is primarily a service company for the animation industry, that Dan owns and runs with his business partner Bob Saker. Over the years, it has gone from strength to strength based on their unique combination of talents that they can apply to voice and music production at will.
They offer casting, directing & producing, voices & music for animation as well as script polishing & writing. The company has worked on over thirty animated series comprising of over 1400 episodes. Award winning work includes a BAFTA for "Pablo the Little Red Fox". The company is currently in production on two series.
